From first enquiry to final installation, our process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and considered. Each stage ensures your bespoke fitted furniture is thoughtfully designed, carefully crafted, and delivered with the attention to detail your home deserves.

  • Get in touch with us via our contact page, filling out our enquiry form and attaching any picture or documents that you think really help to convey your requirements and design preferences.

    We will be in touch to discuss in depth at a convenient time for you.

    Whether you have a fifty page mood board or a blank slate, we’re here to help and guide you through the design process.

  • Following our initial conversations at the enquiry stage, we will prepare an indicative cost and proposed timeframe for the construction and installation of your piece. This is carefully considered based on the complexity of the design and our current workshop availability.

    We aim for this estimate to be as accurate as possible; however, it may evolve once we have visited your space and completed the full bespoke design process.

  • Before we visit you, we ask for a deposit of £300 . This secures your appointment and covers our design team’s time preparing bespoke options for you.


    Included in the deposit:


    ✔ Home visit and room survey

    ✔ Design development time

    ✔ Material & finish selection support

    ✔ CAD visuals (where applicable)

    ✔ 2 Design Revisions

    ✔ Full quotation and costing

    ✔ Secure a build and installation slot

    Once you approve a final design and decide to proceed with manufacture, this deposit is subtracted from your total.

    This deposit is non-refundable.

  • Having worked together to complete the design phase the invoicing is structured as such:

    • 70% pre-construction

    • 30% post Installation (minus deposit)

    These installments may differ for projects less than £2000

    We do not offer financing options but are happy to have a conversation on a case by case basis regarding installments throughout the project.

    Prompt payment is important to allow your project to reach full completion on time.

    This invoice acts as our formal agreement. We recommend reviewing all details carefully to ensure everything is correct before confirming.

  • We work closely with you to ensure your furniture is installed as seamlessly as possible, with minimal disruption to your home. It’s important to us to leave a lasting positive impression. Taking your specific needs into account, we will aim to schedule an installation slot that suits you well.

    Please also let us know of any parking restrictions or changes that may have occurred since the design visit, and which we may not yet be aware of.

    We are also on hand beyond the installation dates should you need any help or advice with your new custom furniture.
